- Where is my data kept?
- On your phone, in your browser. We don't store your jobs or your customers. Use Backup to save a copy to a file, and keep it somewhere safe, because clearing your browser data erases the app's data too. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen and back up regularly; Safari can clear site data you haven't opened in 7 days.
- Does it work without signal?
- It keeps working if your signal drops, once you've opened it. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
- Can my customer pay me through the app?
- Not yet. Your customer pays you the way they do now (check, cash, card reader, transfer), and you record the payment in the app so you always know what's still owed.
- Is there a paid version?
